What's an Aspie?

Aspie is a word I've found online in several articles I've read, as a way to identify an Asperger's Syndrome sufferer.

I personally don't like to 'label' folks but I'm also uncomfortable referring to Asperger's Syndrome sufferers as 'sufferers'.

So, throughout the site I'm intermingling the various descriptive words I'm using, at least until I come up with a word or phrase (or someone else comes up with one for me) that I'm comfortable with.

Please don't take offense as I'm totally not trying to offend anyone. :)
